Dance Floors, Staging & Scenic Production in Jamaica

Technical production should be heard and felt, never seen. Everything on this page is built so it reads as part of the venue rather than as equipment brought into it.

Seamless flooring

High-gloss, mirror-finish surfaces in White, Black, or a custom vinyl wrap. Our fabrication team prints and applies in-house, and the installed floor carries no visible seams and no metal edge strips.

The test we apply is whether a guest would assume the floor was always there. If a seam shows, or a metal strip catches the light, the work has failed regardless of how well the rest of the night runs.

Built before anyone arrives

Fabrication happens before we travel. On site we install to the schedule your planner sets, around the venue's other suppliers, and we strike after the event without cutting into your timeline.

Monogrammed and printed floors

Your monogram, crest or a decorative pattern printed into the floor itself rather than projected onto it. Because we handle the printing and the application, the artwork can match your stationery exactly.

A printed floor holds under any lighting and appears in every overhead photograph. A projection casts the mark from above and can be interrupted by anyone standing in the beam. Couples often use both, one on the floor and one on a wall.

Structures, staging and draping

  • Platforms for a head table, a sweetheart table or a live band, built and dressed to look like a permanent extension of the venue rather than a riser
  • Totems and trussing, sleek and minimal or fully clad in white or black fabric, carrying lighting and supporting tent structures
  • Draping used to correct a room rather than decorate it: closing an unwanted sightline, softening a hard wall, defining a smaller space inside a larger one
  • Ceremony aisles in the same seamless surfaces, so a lawn, a terrace or sand gives you a clean walk and a clean photograph

Install and strike

We work island-wide, at resorts, villas and private estates. Your planner gets a build window and a strike window, and we keep to both.

Fabrication is finished before we travel, so what happens on site is installation rather than construction. That is the difference between a build day that runs to schedule and one that does not.

What you get

  • In-house printing and application, so artwork matches your stationery
  • No visible seams and no metal edge strips on the installed floor
  • White, Black or custom vinyl, printed to your colours
  • Platforms and staging dressed to read as part of the venue
  • Clad trussing and draping, never exposed rigging

Where this sits

Floors and staging across the four experiences

Dance floors and staging are not part of any of the four experiences. They are added to whichever experience you book.

That means a Foundation booking can carry a custom monogrammed floor, if that is where you want the budget to go.

Questions

What couples and planners ask

Can you print our monogram onto the dance floor?

Yes. We print and apply the vinyl in-house, so the artwork can match your stationery exactly, and the finished floor has no visible seams.

Can the floor colour match our palette?

White, Black, or a custom vinyl wrap printed to your artwork and colours.

What is the difference between a printed floor and a monogram projection?

A printed floor carries the artwork in the surface, so it holds under any lighting and appears in every overhead photograph. A projection casts the mark from above and can be interrupted by people standing in the beam. Couples often use both, on the floor and on a wall. You can read about projection on the special effects page.

Do you build staging for a live band?

Yes. Platforms for a band, a head table or a sweetheart table, built and dressed to read as part of the venue rather than as a riser.

Is a dance floor included in any of your four experiences?

No. Floors and staging are added to whichever experience you book, so a Foundation booking can still carry a custom floor.

Do you work at private villas as well as resorts?

Yes, island-wide, at resorts, villas and private estates. You can see the resorts and villas and estates we have worked at.
